will provide you with the canoe, life jackets, paddles and the necessary
equipment to carry it on your car. We also have a fully stocked store to
take care of your last minute supply needs. We have a great selection of
canoes on premises to fit your trip and budget.
How about a trip on the pristine upper Hudson River. We offer half or full
day rentals, complete with shuttle, on a beautiful 14 mile section of the
Hudson below the town of Warrensburg (Just minutes from Lake George). You can run
the entire 14 miles for a great full day trip, or a shorter section if time
is a concern. This section of the river provides a trip the whole family
can enjoy. With just the right amount of current to make it fun, this is a
perfect trip for the first timer or the experienced paddler. Great scenery
coupled with abundant wildlife (we had a resident Bald Eagle last year),
and good fishing makes this a must if you are in the area.
We also provide a shuttle service on the above section of river for folks
that have their own canoe. Shuttles can also be arranged for other areas of

GUIDED CANOE TRIPS
We offer fully guided canoe trips ranging in length from one day paddles to
week long adventures. Let us take you to some of the most beautiful spots
in the East. All trips include a fully licensed, experienced guide. We also
provide the canoes, paddles & necessary equipment, meals, dry bags, shuttle when needed, and all camping gear (excluding sleeping bags). We also
maintain a maximum customer/guide ratio of 6:1.
Traveling by canoe is the best way access some of the most remote
reaches of the park. Canoes also allow us to bring some of the creature
comforts that the backpackers have to leave home. It is also one of the
best ways to observe wildlife while in the park. Some of the critters that
we saw last year include: Loons, Osprey, Bald & Golden Eagles, Deer, Bear,
Ducks, Beaver, Otter, Mink, Muskrat, Coyotes, and a whole lot more.
We will tailor our trips to meet your time frame, objectives and physical
abilities. Just give us a call and let us know a few details about the
length and type of trip that you desire. We will then either give you a few
choices outlining the characteristics of each and let you decide, or you can
just let us pick one.
